Terms of service

Last updated: July 2026

Acceptance

By using Mindle, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Mindle.

Who can use Mindle

You need to be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You're responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping it secure.

Your content stays yours

Everything you capture — notes, voice, links, images — belongs to you. You grant Mindle only the permissions needed to store your content, process it into concepts, and show it back to you. Mindle does not train AI models on your data.

Acceptable use

Don't use Mindle to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or disrupt the service. Don't try to reverse-engineer, resell, or overload it.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed as described at checkout. Prices and plan features can change — we'll give notice before changes that affect you.

Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and changes

Mindle is provided as is. Features can change and we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mindle isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing here limits rights you can't waive under the law that applies to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using Mindle after an update, you accept the new terms.
