You capture the idea. Then it disappears into the pile.
Dictate a voice note the second a call ends. Find it later with one question, not five apps.
Built for founders who capture more than they can keep track of
How it works
From call to next decision
Capture the second a call ends
Dictate the takeaway the moment a call ends, or snap a photo of the whiteboard and send it over WhatsApp on your way to the next one. Nothing waits for you to open a doc and pick a folder.
Every note finds where it belongs
Say something about a customer, sketch an idea, or drop in a file. Mindle reads what it means and slots it next to the other notes on that same topic. You don't choose where it goes, and you don't have to remember where you put it.
Pull the whole thread before you decide
Ask what you know about a customer or a bet and get an answer built from your own notes, cited back to the exact one, so you decide with the full context instead of your memory of it.
Use cases
The moments that used to disappear
The takeaway after a call
Dictate it before the next call starts. It lands with that customer's notes.
The deck that lands mid-call
Save it to Mindle when it arrives. Findable when the deal needs it.
Deciding with the full picture
Ask what you know before you commit. Cited answers from your own notes.
Why now
Founders are already duct-taping this together
A Notion page for ideas, a spreadsheet for investor updates, bookmarks nobody reopens. Founders are hand-building the system Mindle already is, then watching it fall apart a few months in.
Why Mindle
More than a notes app: a memory that organizes itself
Built so capturing fast never costs you the ability to find it later.

Send it on WhatsApp, skip the app entirely
Forward a voice note right after a call, a PDF a customer just sent, or a photo of a whiteboard. Mindle picks it up and groups it with the rest of that conversation's notes on its own.

Nothing to file, ever
Mindle clusters what you capture by meaning, not by folder. A customer signal from a call and a note you typed about that same feature end up together without you doing it.

Answers with the receipts attached
Ask a question and get an answer built from your own notes, with citations pointing back to the exact one, so you can check it before you act on it. None of it trains a model: that same customer and investor context stays private to your account.

Ask what happened, not a blank page
Ask what happened with a customer or how a bet is going, and the answer comes back as written prose with citations to your own notes, so the update starts from something instead of nothing.
Comparison
Built to organize itself. Not to be organized.
Notion, Obsidian, and a chat thread to yourself all wait for you to build the system. Mindle groups your calls, ideas, and files by meaning the moment you capture them.

FAQ
Still skeptical? Good.
No. Mindle isn't built to sit in on a call or turn it into a transcript. The workflow instead: the moment a call ends, dictate a voice note with the takeaway, in the app or over WhatsApp. It becomes a note and groups itself with everything else tied to that customer or deal.
No. Mindle doesn't manage a sales or investor pipeline for you. It's a personal capture and retrieval tool: dictate or forward what a customer or investor said, and it groups itself with related notes so you can find it later. Pair it with a CRM if you need pipeline stages.
Not yet. Mindle is single-user, so there's no shared account for a team to work from together. Each person captures into their own account, and you can send someone an individual note as a link when they need to see it.
You link your number once with a short code from Settings. After that, anything you send to Mindle on WhatsApp, voice notes, PDFs, photos, becomes a note automatically. Mindle never messages you first: it only replies to confirm what it received.
There's a free plan with a monthly allowance, and paid plans that raise the limits once you're capturing more than that covers. No contract, cancel anytime.
Not today. There's no export path built yet, so treat the free plan as the way to find out before you commit: capture in Mindle for a couple of weeks and see whether the retrieval genuinely saves you time before your whole system depends on it.
